Human Resources Administrator

Vickerstock is delighted to be partnering with a long-established, multi-site and exponentially growing organisation based in Newry in the recruitment of a HR Administrator to join their well-established HR team to provide HR Support to all employees onsite on an initial 12 month basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to commence your HR career through getting exposure to all aspects of HR including recruitment, HR Systems, Learning and Development, Absence Management and Project Management.

As the HR Administrator, you will be receive the following;

What will you do as a Human Resources Administrator?

As the HR Administrator, you will be working within an established HR team consisting of a HR Director, HR Advisor, HR Administrator, Learning and Development professional to provide HR Support to all employees onsite. Duties will include;

  • Recruitment- Act as the first point of contact in addressing recruitment queries, posting job adverts, shortlisting, arranging interviews, delivering feedback and onboarding.
  • HRIS System- Updating and maintaining the new HR System ie. update employee records, providing employee user access.
  • Learning and Development- Collaborate with the HR team to create new and revise existing online training materials
  • Reporting- Conducting HR reports ie. monitoring absence management, time taken to recruit and employee productivity.
  • HR Administration- Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees ie. carrying out exit interviews, supporting development programmes and partaking in improving HR processes.

What do you need as a HR Administrator?

As the HR Administrator, you will be required to possess the following;

  • Previous experience in a Administration role or HR Administrator position
  • Experience in utilising Systems and conducting database management
  • Skilled in implementing and revising new processes
