HR Administrator (28k)- (Kildare) Leading Food Supplier

Vickerstock is delighted to be working with one of Ireland's largest food suppliers located in Kildare that specialises in supplying multinational food organisations globally in the recruitment of a talented, highly motivated and pro-active HR Administrator to join their highly experienced HR department.

What will you do as a HR Administrator?

As the HR Administrator, you will join the highly-experienced, proactive and collaborative HR department in providing HR assistance to all 750 employees located on their Kildare site. Duties will include;

  • Managing 360 recruitment process- creating job descriptions, positing job adverts, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, handling job offers, completing reference checks and issuing contracts.
  • Partaking in employee relations cases ie. note-taking and completing reports regarding disciplinaries and grievance cases.
  • Conducting employee inductions of new employees coming into the organisation
  • Liaising with payroll to notify the payroll department of new starters, leavers and promotions of staff
  • Assisting in identifying employee training needs within the organisation
  • Any other administrative duties as required

What do you require to succeed as a HR Administrator?

  • Previous experience in end to end recruitment
  • Obtained a HR Qualification or HR Degree
  • Possesses excellent communication, team-working and multi-tasking skills
  • Genuine interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
