Vickerstock are proud to be working with an innovative and high quality Food Manufacturing business experiencing unrivalled growth with the appointment of a Hygiene Manager for their Co Down facilities.

As the successful Hygiene Manager you will be responsible for 3 sites, managing people, processes and systems in order to ensure hygiene standards are maintained.

Your new role as Hygiene Manager:

• Design and implement hygiene Standard Operating Procedures across the specific business units
• Design and implementation of training and development programs to support the hygiene teams across all sites
• Lead program of continuous improvement, ensuring all systems of work are in place to support each site's specific needs
• Designing and embedding optimum resourcing across each site, to meet individual site needs, and overall business needs
• Ensure all schedules of work, and regulatory record keeping is accurate and maintained to a high standard
• Carry out internal audits of all sites, providing coaching to site teams on areas for improvement

What you will need to succeed:

• Minimum of 3 years management experience of a dedicated hygiene / cleaning team
• Excellent people management skills
• Proven experience in the design, implementation and delivery of SOPs
• Experience of leading a team in a food production environment preferred
