Vickerstock are partnering with a leading Project Management and Cost Consultancy in their appointment of an experienced and driven Quantity Surveyor.

Your New Role as an Intermediate PQS

As an integral member of the Quantity Surveying Division, you will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects of various sizes with different Clients. You will support in the financial management and cost control of our client's construction projects, including Commercial Residential and Retail. Actively carrying out Construction Stage activities, you will help drive the growth of the business through efficient and compliant Cost Estimation and Management, Contract Administration, Value Engineering and Stakeholder Communication.

What you need to succeed

• You will be MRICS qualified or working towards chartership with a minimum of 5 years postgraduate experience in a Consultancy environment, with a focus on cost planning and cost management.
• You will have developed your skills across pre and post-contract projects and be familiar with JCT and NEC Forms of Contract.
• You will have exceptional organisational skills and be confident managing and working on multiple projects at any given time.
• You will possess strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and mentor Junior staff, inspiring a commitment to excellence and promoting a culture of inclusivity.
