Internal Sales Executive


Vickerstock are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive for our market leading client who supplies high quality goods into the hardware sector the role is based in Belfast. The Internal Sales Executive will be responsible for making out-bound telephone calls to new and existing customers. The hours of work are: Mon-Thurs 8.30am-5pm, Friday 8.30am-2pm

The Internal Sales Executive will be responsible for the following:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers and internal and external stakeholders
  • Handling incoming calls with queries in respect of sales, quotations, queries, technical support
  • Providing support to customers and following up quotations
  • Achieving sales targets while maximising sales
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge
  • To build up existing accounts, follow up leads - creating new accounts - develop accounts through regular contact
  • Maintain supplier relationships.
  • Manage specific Suppliers.
  • Updating customers prices/discounts
  • Processing customer card payments

The Internal Sales Executive must be able to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate to include MS Office
  • Knowledge of hardware products would be desirable but not essential
