Internal Sales Executive


Vickerstock are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive for our market leading client based in Portadown. The Internal Sales Executive will be selling to existing customers and supporting the Field Sales Representatives.

The Internal Sales Executive will be responsible for the following:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers and internal and external stakeholders
  • Handling incoming calls with queries in respect of sales, quotations, queries, technical support
  • Providing support to customers and following up quotations
  • Achieving sales targets while maximising sales
  • Making outbound sales calls
  • Processing sales orders on the CRM system.
  • Answering specific inbound customer enquiries.

The Internal Sales Executive must be able to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Planning and organising skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload to provide top level customer service
  • Able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • A desire for continuous personal and professional development
  • Profession and friendly telephone manner
  • Motivated to find solutions for customer
  • Educated to GCSE level (including Maths and English Language)
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Be computer literate (Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook)
  • Be able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
