Your new role as a Junior Quantity Surveyor
In your new role, you will be reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor, assisting the Commercial team to produce winning Tenders, preparing BOQ's, cost projections, risk analysis and overseeing contract management from Tender stage through to handover. With the client and companies' interest in mind through resourceful forward thinking and negotiation to enhance profits and ensure successful, efficient project delivery.
What you will need to succeed as a Junior Quantity Surveyor
This role is open to Recent Graduates, placement year preferably within Civils I.E Water, Rail, Roads etc
Ability to organise and liaise with both clients and sub-contractors effectively
BSc Hons in a relevant construction or engineering subject
Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
