With a strong and robust pipeline of work, they are seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their experienced Civils team in Dungannon.

Your New Role as Quantity Surveyor

Working out of our client's Dungannon office, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass all core aspects of the Quantity Surveying function. Using the commercial acumen you've gained since qualifying and excellent communication skills, you will coordinate effectively with Clients, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers. Ensuring all information, costs, profitability and value meet the requirements of each project, from start through to final accounts.

This role brings the opportunity for regional travel to GB and ROI 1-2 times per month.

Is this right for you?

• You have achieved a Third Level Qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline within construction and built up 2 years experience within a QS role.
• You are familiar with the Civils, Water and Wastewater industries.
• You have developed strong commercial acumen and knowledge of contact forms including NEC.
• You will benefit from clear training and progression pathways.
