Your new company have built an excellent reputation of delivering high quality projects across the Healthcare, Education, Leisure & Commercial sectors resulting in consistent contract wins. This has given the company the opportunity to expand their commercial team with the addition of a M&E Quantity Surveyor.

Your New Role as the M&E Quantity Surveyor

Reporting to the Head of Quantity Surveying, you will be responsible for negotiation, site measure, review and preparation of contract documentation, payment applications, agreement of variations and final accounts. The preparation and analysis of monthly budget and progress reports to ensure successful, efficient project delivery.

What you need to succeed

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or other relevant qualification is desirable.
• The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience within a similar role.
• Experience working on NEC3/4 contracts to the Value of £1 Million.
