This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business where no previous experience is required - full training will be provided. This role will begin on a temporary basis with the view to a permanent position after 6 months.

The Role:

As a Production Operative, you will play an integral role in the day-to-day running of the production line to ensure customer orders are completed efficiently and on time. Duties will include:

• Operating machinery and production lines
• Packing finished goods to required standards
• Carrying out routine operational checks
• Maintaining a clean and tidy work area at all times

Hours of Work:

• Continental shift pattern - working 7 days/nights in 14 days with every other weekend off
• Applicants must be aged 18+

What You'll Need:

• Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English (essential for Health & Safety)
• Previous manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential

Pay Rates:

• Training Rate: £13.21 per hour
• 3 Loom Operator Rate: £13.63 per hour
