Your new role

• Implement Lean Manufacturing across the company
• Plan workflow, space requirements and equipment placement to maximise manufacturing efficiency.
• Analysing and reporting on production processes, methods, schedules, downtime, cycle times, availability of machines and waste management
• Project manage CI and NPI projects
• Specify and manage the introduction of new plant and equipment
• Evaluating quality control processes and making recommendations for improvements

What you'll need

• HND / Degree in a related engineering subject
• 2 years' experience in a similar Manufacturing Engineering role
• Strong understanding for lean manufacturing
