Vickerstock are working in partnership with a building materials firm based in Belfast on the appointment of an Operations Manager.
You will be responsible for managing installations, maintenance, aftersales and overseeing the warehouse operation.

In your new role:
Manage all aspects of the installation centre, managing teams and contracts
Order and maintain stock materials and other resources
Check and book in all stock
Identify what resource is required for rapid growth and expansion
Organise the servicing and maintenance of company vehicles
Manage and mentor the team, ensuring they are carrying out their duties and responsibilities to a high standard
Responsibility for the Health & Safety management for the branch to include reporting of accidents online, ensuring all branch and equipment checks and H&S file are up to date, risk assessments, overseeing of audit and Inspections and action of any resulting recommendations
What you will need to succeed:
A minimum of 5 years experience managing a large warehouse operations
Sound knowledge of Health & Safety
Proven track record of planning, structuring and expanding existing and new business
