Vickerstock in partnership with a leading Food manufacturing company are recruiting for an experienced Production Floor Supervisor

The Production Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production operations to ensure the efficient, safe, and hygienic processing of high-quality products in line with company standards, food safety regulations, and customer requirements.

The role involves supervising and supporting production staff, maintaining compliance with HACCP and Health & Safety standards, and ensuring that output, quality, and efficiency targets are consistently achieved.

Participate in continuous improvement projects as directed by management.

Undertake other reasonable duties as assigned to meet business requirements.

Demonstrate flexibility in responding to changing operational priorities.

Knowledge, Education & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a production supervisory or team leader role, preferably in food manufacturing or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, and Health & Safety regulations.
• Experience coordinating production teams, managing output, and meeting targets.
• Proficient in production documentation, reporting systems, and basic computer applications.
• Experience with manufacturing machinery and process operations.
