Vickerstock is delighted to be partnering with a leading food manufacturing company renowned for its innovation and commitment to continuous improvement. We are currently recruiting a Weekend Shift Production Manager for their state-of-the-art facility in County Cavan.

In this role, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of your assigned shift. You will lead and motivate your team to meet performance targets, ensuring production runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. A customer-focused, cost-conscious, and results-driven leader, you will champion lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across your department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of production during your shift
• Ensure KPIs and production targets are consistently met
• Promote a culture of quality, safety, and efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices
• Lead and support your team of supervisors and operators

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment
• Proven leadership or management experience is essential
• Strong knowledge and practical application of lean principles

Working Pattern:

• 40-hour contract across 4 x 10-hour days
• Saturday and Sunday are core working days; the other two days are flexible (either side of the weekend)
