Vickerstock are working in partnership with our client who are specialist dairy manufacturers based in West Cork and due to continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join the team.

As Production Supervisor you will support the Production Manager in overseeing the production processes and production team.
Key duties

• Oversee the production floor including production team leads and operators
• Ensure all products are produced to specification and food safety risks are eliminated
• Responsible for area safety, product quality, efficiencies, yields and output
• Assigning production tasks to team members.
• Keeping downtime to a minimum
• Monitor production processes to ensure SOPs are adhered to.
• Use of ERP system

We are looking for

• Minimum 3 years experience at supervisor/team lead level within food manufacturing
• Experience working to BRC standards

Working hours will be Monday - Friday Day Shift but flexibility is required due to nature of the role. Salary in return will be negotiable based on experience/background etc.
