Vickerstock are proud to be working in partnership with a leading FMCG client renowned for delivering high-quality food products across Ireland. With a strong heritage and a focus on excellence, they are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to join their team and support their continued growth and success.

The Role

As Production Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations within a busy food manufacturing facility. Leading a team of 15+ operatives, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of efficiency, quality, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate production activities across multiple lines or departments
• Lead, coach, and support production teams to achieve targets and KPIs
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations, HACCP, GMP, and BRC standards
• Monitor production schedules and allocate resources effectively
• Conduct performance reviews and support ongoing training and development
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues efficiently
• Collaborate with the Factory Manager, Quality Assurance, and Order Administration teams
• Participate in internal audits, inspections, and external regulatory reviews
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in productivity, quality, and waste reduction
• Report on daily/weekly production performance, highlighting risks and opportunities

What You'll Need:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory role within Food or FMCG manufacturing
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage and develop teams
• Experience in using production planning systems and tracking manufacturing KPIs
