Vickerstock are currently working in partnership with one of our tier 1 clients to recruit a Maintenance Engineer for their site in the greater Belfast area. Our client is one of the top employers in Northern Ireland with over 800 staff across the UK. Key Responsibilities as a Production Supervisor

• Provide leadership to a team of people in all aspects of production, training, Health & Safety, housekeeping, Quality, appraisals, projects and discipline in a specific area of control.
• Have day-to-day responsibility for achieving the high standards of production and quality required within Production Departments.
• Play an integral part in improvement initiatives through team motivation and leading by example.

As a Production Supervisor, ideally you will have

• 3 years recent experience of leading and motivating a team within a manufacturing environment
• Have a working knowledge of Windows based software including Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrate practical experience of planning, scheduling and performance monitoring.
