Project Administrator

Vickerstock are currently recruiting for a Project Administrator for an award-winning employer based in Greater Belfast on a permanent basis.

The Project Administrator will be responsible for the following:

Provide administrative support to the construction team

  • Managing orders for site materials and collecting delivery notes
  • Assist with project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments for the construction team
  • Handle phone calls and emails, ensuring professional and timely communication
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Organize and maintain project files and documents
  • Ordering PPE and other office consumables for site
  • Collecting and filling Sub Contractor forms and insurances
  • Generally assisting the management team and Director when needed.
  • Booking of hotels and travel for site employees

The Project Administrator must be able to demonstrate the following;

A minimum 1 years' experience in administrative support in Construction industry.

Excellent organisational and time management skills. Knowledge of working within and supporting a fast-moving team to ensure that the team objectives are delivered to time, budget and agreed quality standards. Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.

Strong IT skills and experience with a wide range of office and project management IT (

Have a working knowledge of electronic document management systems and ability to learn new systems.
