Your new role as Project Manager

You will work on a Dublin City Commercial Project

• Build relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors and consultants
• Ensure work is completed in a Health and Safety compliant way
• Attend client meetings
• Develop and follow a programme of works on site
• Mitigate project risks
• Regularly report and forecast on the project

What you'll need to be successful

• Degree level education in Construction or Engineering
• 5+ years experience in a similar role
• Previous commercial construction experience
• Strong negotiation skills
