Site Manager | Down (Health care)

Vickerstock are working with a leading construction company within Northern Ireland who cover a wider range of sectors including commercial, residential, and healthcare. They are looking to add a Site Manager to join their site operations as they continue to expand and delivery projects on time and on budget.

Your New Role

In your new role as a Site Manager, you will be responsible ensuring delivery of projects on time, managing and motivating Site staff and to ensure any problems that arise are dealt with in a timely manner. On top of this you will play and instrumental role in the negotiation of contracts with subcontract staff.

What you will need to Succeed:

• Technical and practical knowledge of the building industry
• Excellent H&S knowledge
