Project Quantity Surveyors

Your new role:

• Manage subcontract and procurement packages
• Manage payments
• Monthly cost reporting
• Oversee contractual details
• Negotiate with suppliers

What you'll need to be successful as a Project Quantity Surveyor:

• Previous experience as a PQS or QS
• Knowledge of software such as Buildsoft/Cost-ex
• Residential experience is a must!
• Strong negotiation skills
