Salary paying up to €35k DOE

As Quality Assurance Coordinator to be responsible for daily quality assurance activities.
Key Duties

• Day to day responsibility for ensuring all products are produced to the required specification.
• Ensuring that all products are produced and that all processes are conducted in line with both good manufacturing practices and food legislation.
• Ensuring that all customer requirements are implemented.
• Maintaining and up-dating specifications.
• Conducting internal audits.
• Reporting on non-conforming product, processes and procedures.
• Implementing corrective action on customer complaints.
• Maintaining site procedures in accordance with the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety.
• Sample taking and analysis

Criteria

• Diploma / Degree level qualification - Food Science / Food Technology or related
• Experience in a similar role within the food industry would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided
