Project: 80 houses, 150 apartments

Duration: Permanent position with 3 years work on site

Location: Drogheda, Louth

Your new role as Quality Coordinator:

• Monitor quality of works on site
• Inspect sub-contractor works, as regards quality, safety and adherence to designs
• Record inspections, and regularly report on on-site quality
• Ensure works are BCAR compliant
• Liaise with project teams, PMO, sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure project is on-budget and on time
• Promote a quality-first approach on site
• Work closely with Quality Manager to improve company wide standards

What you'll need to be successful as Quality Coordinator

• Previous experience as a Quality Engineer, Coordinator or Site Engineer
• Strong Residential Construction experience
• Knowledge of construction standards, quality standards and BCAR
• Strong communication and ability to promote standards and culture
