Role Overview:
As a Temporary Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in upholding and enhancing our quality standards during a pivotal period. You will oversee quality assurance processes, implement industry best practices, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet regulatory standards and surpass consumer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement robust quality assurance policies and procedures tailored to the FMCG sector.
• Conduct comprehensive audits and inspections to identify areas for optimization and enhancement.
• Work collaboratively with production teams to swiftly address quality deviations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Utilize data analysis and trend monitoring to pinpoint root causes of quality issues and implement effective corrective actions.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
• Provide strong leadership and guidance to the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably within food science or a related discipline.
• Proven track record in quality management roles within the FMCG industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry-specific quality assurance methodologies.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
