What you need to succeed

• Third Level Qualification or proven professional experience in a Quality capacity within Food Manufacturing
• Understanding of HACCP standards and BRC legislation
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
