Vickerstock are working with an award-winning Main Contractor based in Northern Ireland who specialise in the Education, Healthcare, Residential, Commercial and Hospitality sectors.
Due to further growth and increase in demand, they have secured a very strong pipeline of projects over the next 5 years. The company's objective is to grow their commercial team with the addition of a Quantity Surveyor.

Your new role as a Quantity Surveyor
This role will oversee the financial budgets set for projects, ensuring contracts are delivered on time and to the agreed value for client satisfaction.
Your day to day will consist of; the preparation and review of quotations, preparation of reports and technical documentation, advising the commercial team on contractual matters. Liaise with client's, architects, and sub-contractors, issue interim payments/final accounts. site measurements, prepare CVR monthly reports, produce breakdowns and offer solutions with value engineering options when required to manage the budgetary requirements of the projects through to handover.
What you will need to succeed
BSc Hons in Quantity Surveying OR other construction related degree
Minimum 3 years' experience working within a similar role on Build OR Civil projects
