Your New Role as a Quantity Surveyor:

In this position, you will work closely with a highly proficient team, catering to a varied clientele across residential, educational, industrial, and healthcare sectors. Additionally, you will be involved in the construction of 160 apartments valued at €35 million..

Responsibilities in Your New Capacity:

• Development, supervision, and monitoring of subcontractor packages.
• Procurement of material packages.
• Establishment and enforcement of subcontractor contracts.
• Measurement and take-off of materials using tools like Cubit or equivalent.

Requirements for Success in this Role:

• A minimum of 7 years' experience with a Main Contractor or Sub-contractor.
• Proficiency in project pricing and estimation.
• Capability to negotiate final accounts and agreements with subcontractors.

Offered Salary Range:

€90,000 - €100,000 or more (commensurate with experience)
