Quantity Surveyor - Build

Location - Dungannon

Vickerstock are delighted to be working with a leading, award-winning contractor to recruit a Quantity Surveyor. Our client is searching for a talented Quantity Surveyor to join their team and work across a range of projects.

The role

• Work on water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Negotiate and appoint sub-contractors to projects.
• Take charge of commercial matters.
• Work closely with clients, to build long-lasting relationships.
• Perform checks, cost reviews and valuations.
• Create monthly cost reports.

Essential Requirements

• Third level education in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• 2-3 years' experience.
• Deep understanding of construction contracts.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong commercial understanding.
• Driver's Licence.

Desirable Criteria

• Previous experience in delivering residential and commercial builds.
