Quantity Surveyor | Downpatrick

Vickerstock are pleased to be working in partnership with a highly reputable geo-technical an ground engineering specialist, in their search for a qualified QS to join their team in Downpatrick.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading company with a robust annual turnover, who have been delivering projects across the UK and Ireland for over 50 years.

Your New Role as Quantity Surveyor

As an experienced QS, you will assist and oversee the tendering and sub-contractor pre-qualification stages, ensuring the company remains competitive within the market. You will drive an efficient and compliant process from take-off to agreement of the final account, working closely with the Contracts Manager.

What you need to succeed

A third level qualification in Quantity Surveying and 5+ years of experience within a civil/main contractor environment.
