Quantity Surveyor | Water Infrastructure

With a strong and robust pipeline of work, they are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their experienced Civils team in Dungannon.

Your New Role as Quantity Surveyor

Working out of our client's Dungannon office, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass all core aspects of the Quantity Surveying function. Using commercial acumen and excellent communication skills, you will coordinate effectively with Clients, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers. Ensuring all information, costs, profitability and value meet the requirements of each project, from start through to final accounts.

You will provide mentorship for Junior colleagues and collaborate effectively with Senior Leadership for collective outcomes.

This role brings the opportunity for regional travel to mainland GB 1-2 times per month.

  • You are familiar with the Civils, Water and Wastewater industries.
  • You have developed strong commercial acumen and knowledge of contact forms including NEC3/NEC4.
