With a strong and robust pipeline of work, they are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their experienced Civils team in Dungannon.

You will be joining an established team supported by leadership who invest in the well being and professional development of staff. With a clear structure for development and colleagues who have progressed their own careers in the business, our client are an employer of choice.

Your New Role as Quantity Surveyor

Working out of our client's Dungannon office, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass all core aspects of the Quantity Surveying function. Using commercial acumen and excellent communication skills, you will coordinate effectively with Clients, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers. Ensuring all information, costs, profitability and value meet the requirements of each project, from start through to final accounts.

You will provide mentorship for Junior colleagues and collaborate effectively with Senior Leadership for collective outcomes.

This role brings the opportunity for regional travel to mainland GB 1-2 times per month.

• You have gained experience within a similar role over the past 3-5 years and are now ready to progress to the next level within a growing team.
• You are familiar with the Civils, Water and Wastewater industries.
• You have developed strong commercial acumen and knowledge of contact forms including NEC3/NEC4.
