The Role

This is a Senior Management position within one of Ireland's largest and quickest growing property enterprises.

• Management of a team of 7 Property Managers
• Ensure your teams key targets are met
• Oversee the actioning of key dates and management of leases & rent payments
• Work closely with the Residential Maintenance Manager to ensure properties are well-maintained and tenants receive top-quality accommodation
• Review property marketing plans, to showcase the best of your portfolio
• Monitor property turnaround times, tenant queries & transfers
• Advise your team on key legislation and regulations regarding private rentals
• Work with the Commercial team to review budgets, expenditure and rental income
• Review your assets regularly for profitability & future growth opportunity
• Chair AGMs and regular team meetings

What you'll need to be successful

• Relevant education in Property & Real Estate
• Desire to manage a team
• Interest in high-quality rental properties and services
• 3+ years experience in a similar role managing properties

• Previous people management experience
• Additional Property-related qualifications
