Sales Administrator
We are working with a leading employer to recruit for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis based in Portadown. The Sales Administrator will provide sales and support administration to the team and will provide a vital link between the customer and operations.
Your new role as Sales Administrator
- Raising sales orders and inputting details on ERP system
- Ensuring stock levels are correct
- Providing customer service and dealing with enquiries
- Liasing with the Warehouse staff to ensure orders are ready for dispatch
- Effectively use CRM and other internal systems to ensure customer information is kept up to date.
- Administration duties
What you'll need to succeed as a Sales Administrator
- A proven track record in administration
- Experience using Excel
- CRM experience
- Strong Customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong relationship building
- A team player who can also work independently.
