Sales Administrator

We are working with a leading employer to recruit for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis based in Portadown. The Sales Administrator will provide sales and support administration to the team and will provide a vital link between the customer and operations.

Your new role as Sales Administrator

  • Raising sales orders and inputting details on ERP system
  • Ensuring stock levels are correct
  • Providing customer service and dealing with enquiries
  • Liasing with the Warehouse staff to ensure orders are ready for dispatch
  • Effectively use CRM and other internal systems to ensure customer information is kept up to date.
  • Administration duties

What you'll need to succeed as a Sales Administrator

  • A proven track record in administration
  • Experience using Excel
  • CRM experience
  • Strong Customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong relationship building
  • A team player who can also work independently.
