Sales Support Administrator
Vickerstock are delighted to be working with a leading client to recruit for a Sales Support Administrator to join their team in Dungannon to cover a period of maternity.
The Sales Support Administrator will support the sales team by providing pricing, quotes and other information as required whilst continuing to develop and improve the team's processes to maximize the productivity and efficiency of the team.
The Sales Support Administrator will be responsible for the following:
Reviewing and developing pricing models
Pricing projects based on engineering specifications and generating proposals for the Sales team
Investigating product BoM costs
Undertaking comprehensive cost and margin analysis
Working with the Sales and Engineering teams to identify and analyse opportunities for cost reduction to maximise the sales conversion rate
Providing data to support supplier negotiations.
Developing processes for efficient and accurate project pricing
Coordinating sales from order to delivery
Inputting orders into the system to ensure orders are processed in-line with delivery requirements.
Order form formulation, manipulation, design, updating and margin maintenance
The Sales Support Administrator should be able to demonstrate the following:
3 A-levels or equivalent qualification
Experience in a costing, pricing or engineering role
Extensive experience using MS Excel
Ability to develop a commercial proposal to a complex technical solution
Ability to work as part of a team and meet deadlines.
