An established Tier 1 residential contractor is seeking to recruit a Senior Construction Planner to join their team in Dublin. Known for delivering large-scale, high-quality housing developments across Ireland, this business is experiencing consistent growth and is offering a long-term opportunity for the right candidate.

Your new role as a Senior Construction Planner

In this role, you will support multiple project teams by developing, updating, and managing detailed construction programmes across a portfolio of live residential developments. You'll work closely with site teams, commercial leads and pre-construction personnel to ensure alignment between timelines, resources, and strategic delivery targets.

What you will need to succeed as a Senior Construction Planner

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• A background in construction management or engineering
• Proven experience in planning large residential or commercial developments
• Strong working knowledge of Asta Powerproject (or similar)
• An ability to collaborate across departments and drive project delivery through effective planning
