With a number of specialist divisions including Construction, Civil Engineering and Fit Out, this organisation has the capability and expertise to deliver highly complex projects across the full built environment spectrum. With offices across the UK, this local success story is now one of the UK's largest contractors and continues to go from strength to strength. This particular role is located in Bellshill, working on projects throughout Scotland.

Your new role as Senior Estimator

As Senior Estimator, you are responsible for pre-construction estimating and all financial and estimating aspects of the projects. You will prepare and review tenders, arrange handover meetings, and new contracts. You will assist in the training of the estimating team and ensure everyone is working at the highest standard. Your main goal as Senior Estimator is that sufficient outcome of new work is achieved to allow the company to continue to grow in accordance with business strategy. You will be running different stages of multiple projects at one time.

What you will need to succeed as Senior Estimator

• Experience working with a Main Contractor
• Good experience working in similar roles
• Relevant degree or HND level
• Good technical knowledge from experience working on relevant projects or educational workshops
