Estimator Positions

An established player in the industry, we have recently secured prestigious projects spanning Data Centres, Food and Beverage Facilities, Finance and Technology office fitouts, Pharmaceutical, Residential, and Commercial buildings. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Estimator.

Responsibilities:

• Tender Preparation: Create accurate and detailed tenders based on project specifications, bills of quantities, and relevant information to secure profitable work orders.

• Subcontractor Management: Source and analyze subcontractor and supplier quotations, addressing ambiguity, risk, and qualification. Seek clarification when necessary.

• Document Management: Coordinate the distribution of drawings and pertinent documents to subcontractors or suppliers to obtain quotations for various work elements.

• System Development: Contribute to the ongoing development of tendering systems and procedures. Stay abreast of contractual changes and industry developments.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar Estimating role within the construction industry.

• Education: Qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field is preferred.

• Skills: Strong numerical skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel and familiarity with a QS or related package.
