Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor
Location: Dublin, Ireland

We're looking for a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to be a part of our exciting projects in Dublin. If you're experienced and passionate about Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveying, we want to hear from you. You will be working closely alongside a very experienced team liaising and reporting to the Directors, Project Director, and the Contracts Manager working over a wide range of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cost estimation and budget management for M&E projects
• Procurement of M&E subcontractors and contract negotiation
• M&E project cost analysis and reporting
• Collaborate with project teams on M&E aspects
• Mentorship of junior M&E surveyors

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in M&E quantity surveying
• Relevant degree or chartered status
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in M&E quantity surveying software
• Knowledge of Irish construction standards for M&E

Salary on offer:

Between €80k - €110k + Package (depending on experience)
