Your new role as Senior MEP Coordinator

Supervise 1 major project in Dublin

Oversee Building Services works and subcontractors

Coordinate MEP works across all stages of the project

Review drawings and specifications and advise team members on best practices

Assist with information flow between different teams

Ensure works are in compliance with Health and Safety requirements

Attend meetings with clients, stakeholders and design teams.

Review and report on projects.
Carry out regular site inspections on projects

What you'll need to be successful as a Senior MEP Coordinator

3+ years experience post qualification.

Strong building services or M&E background.

Previous residential or commercial building experience

A relevant trade background is beneficial
