Senior Quantity Surveyor | Fit Out

Vickerstock are excited to be working in partnership with a renowned, Top Tier Specialist Joinery and Fit-Out contractor based in Co. Armagh. This company has an exceptional reputation from working with a number of global companies with projects which include high end residential developments, hotels, museums, premium retail, theming and luxury cruise ships.

Due to continued expansion and an impressive pipeline of upcoming projects they are seeking a Senior Quantity surveyor to join their team.

This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced Quantity surveyor to progress their career with the chance to work on multimillion pound contracts including bespoke Commercial, theming and Marine projects.

Your new role as a Senior Quantity Surveyor

Reporting to the commercial manager, you will be responsible for financial control across a selection of projects which would include, preparation and submission of valuations, procurement and management of subcontractor accounts, analysis of variations, review of contract documents, identifying potential risks, provide contractual and legal advice, preparation of monthly CVR/ cost reports and final accounts and value engineering options.

What you will need to succeed

• A Degree in Quantity Surveying or extensive experience within a QS role
• 5+ years' experience ideally working for a specialist contractor or Main contractor
• Commercially and contractually aware
• Open to travel to America
