Vickerstock are working in partnership with a leading Civil Engineering Contractor on the appointment of a Senior Quantity

In your new role:

Prepare, negotiate and analyse costs for budgets.

Procure Sub-Contractors and prepare Sub-Contractor order documentation.

Assess and certify sub-contractor interim payments.

Advising on a range of legal and contractual issues.

Produce and present monthly Cost Value Reconciliation on projects.

Plan, allocate and evaluate work carried out by teams, individuals and self.

Assist in managing the Commercial team and supervise and mentor Quantity Surveyors.

What you will need to succeed:

Strong knowledge of construction contracts

Sound commercial awareness

Excellent IT and numerical skills

Ability to travel to site
