With a strong and robust pipeline of work, they are seeking a Quantity Surveyor with good knowledge of Civils and Water Infrastructre projects to join their team in Dungannon.

Your New Role as Senior Quantity Surveyor

Working out of our client's Dungannon office, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass all core aspects of the Quantity Surveying function. Using your commercial acumen and excellent communication skills, you will coordinate effectively with Clients, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers to ensure all information, costs, profitability and value meet the requirements of each project, from start through to final accounts. You will also have the opportunity for regional travel, including to the Midlands 1-2 times per month.

What you need to succeed

• You will hold a Third Level Qualification in Quantity Surveying or related discipline within construction.
• Demonstrated experience within a QS role within a relevant industry (e.g. Water or Wastewater).
• Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts NEC3/NEC4 and proven estimation and negotiation skills.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
