Quantity Surveyor | Newry

Our client is a leading electrical contractor operating across Ireland and the UK. With a strong pipeline of work moving through 2024, they are looking to welcome a Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience in residential projects.

What you will do

As a Senior team member, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass all core aspects of the Quantity Surveying function. Using excellent commercial judgement and communication skills, you will liaise with clients and work closely with Leadership to ensure that budget management of residential projects are accurate and robust, producing cost-effective outcomes. You will also take on-site measurements, requiring weekly travel to sites in Dublin and Dundalk.

What you will need

• A third level qualification in a relevant subject.
• 5+ years post qualifying experience working on residential projects.
• Ability to work independently and split time between sites, office and home-working.
