Vickerstock are working in partnership with a well-established logistics provider who would have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced SHEQ Coordinator to join a growing team.

What your typical day as SHEQ Coordinator would look like:

• Carrying out Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental (QSHE) internal audits and site inspections across the Group's locations.
• Carrying out checks and updating records to monitor compliance on a regular basis.
• Obtaining, reviewing, and evaluating necessary documentation related to sub-contractors.
• Organising and delivering employee induction.
• Obtaining and reviewing necessary documentation from contractors, delivering contractors' induction, and maintaining accurate records.
• Assisting with the provision of QSHE and Product Safety awareness programs to staff through various campaigns.
• Responding to employees' queries or concerns about potential safety, environmental and health issues and discuss suggestions for improvements.
• Participating in the investigating of accidents and near misses.
• Gathering data and completing all aspects of QSHE administration tasks ensuring records are updated.
• Producing and updating appropriate communication material including signage and posters.
• Participating in meetings and taking minutes.
• Assisting in the review of current QSHE policies, procedures, regulations, and legislation.
• Travelling to Group's locations and customer sites in GB & Ireland as required.

What you'll need to succeed:

• 2 years' experience of working within a similar role.
• Experience working to ISO standards.
• Internal auditing experience
• NEBOSH Certificate
