Vickerstock are delighted to be supporting a well-established M&E contractor on the appointment of a Site Manager. This growing organisation has become a leader in the offsite prefabrication industry across the UK and Ireland.

Your new role as Site Manager

Manage the site management team.

Travel to site in Frankfurt (3 weeks on 1 week off).

Ensure procurement of plant and equipment.

Track costs across the project.

Manage sub-contractors.

Issue daily reports and documentation.

Work closely with clients and contractors to ensure seamless delivery.

What you'll need to be successful

Previous maangement experience (3 years minimum).

Mechanical experience, particularly in Data Centres.

Knowledge of CW and LTHW Systems.
