Site Manager | Mallusk

Vickerstock Recruitment are delighted to be working with one of Northern Ireland's leading main contractors to recruit for the position of Site Manager. With a number of specialist divisions including Construction, Civil Engineering and Fit Out, this organisation has the capability and expertise to deliver highly complex projects across the full built environment spectrum. This particular role is located in Mallusk, working on projects throughout Mallusk and other parts of the Northern Ireland.

Your new role as Site Manager

As Site Manager, you must have a full understanding of the role of each sub-contractor package whilst working closely with the lead Building Services Manager, Project Manager and Professional Quantity Surveyor. You will be working with tender and pre-construction teams to ensure all building services are met, including client requirements and proposals in good time. As Site Manager, your other duties will include completing material/equipment orders; carry-out Health and Safety responsibilities; raise NCR's when necessary.

What you will need to succeed as Site Manager

• Good construction experience working in similar roles
• Experience in managing subcontractors in line with health and safety and environmental legislation
• CSCS/SMSTS qualification
• Good understanding of BG6 and RIBA stages
• Working understanding of BIM, NEBOSH and IOSH
