Site Manager | Co. Down - Travel to Dublin

Vickerstock are working with a leading Construction company to aid in their recruitment for a Site Manager to join a growing team to ensure residential projects are delivered on time and within their allocated budget. These roles have come about due to continued growth and success of this company on delivering projects across Northern Ireland and Ireland.

Your New Role

In your new role as a Site Manager, you will be responsible for delivering residential projects alongside a strong team of other site engineers and the Contracts Manager. You will be responsible for controlling the opening and closing of the site you are managing and ensure that health and safety is to the highest standard on site. As the Site Manager it is your responsibility to keep relevant site documentation up to date and to conduct briefings with subcontractors to ensure effective running of site and labour.

What you will need to Succeed:

• Have a good understanding of Health and Safety.
• Strong residential experience.
