Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm Friday 8am-3pm

Main duties and responsibilities

• Analysing sales data to control levels of stock.
• To lead stock checks and cycle counts, initiating corrective actions to address discrepancies.
• To ensure accurate processing of stock control operations within warehousing department, including bin locations, bar codes and proper storage of parts.
• Production of monthly stock reports using data from company's system.
• To work closely with depots, ensuring stock availability.
• To ensure accurate processing of stock control operations within warehousing department, including bin locations, bar codes and proper storage of parts.
• To monitor transfer of stock between locations.
• Investigating delivery discrepancies and part non-conformance.
• Responsible for the collection, processing and return of 'old core' to suppliers.

Requirements

• Strong Excel Skills
• Experience working in a busy stores/office environment.
