Vickerstock are proud to be partnering with a dynamic and forward-thinking company operating in the food sector. Our client are currently seeking a skilled Supply Chain Analyst/Administrator to join their team temporarily, covering maternity leave. This role will be located in the Cavan area.

Role Overview: As a Supply Chain Analyst/Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales & Operations Planning team. Your responsibilities will include various administrative tasks, maintaining and updating dashboards, preparing reports, managing stock orders, and collaborating effectively with team members and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily phone calls with Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Business Support teams.
  • Maintain and update daily and weekly dashboards for the business.
  • Prepare relevant reports and documents as required.
  • Effectively manage stock orders on the system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in S&OP activities.
  • Undertake ad hoc administrative duties, including data entry.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Open mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience within the food sector is advantageous.
