Vickerstock are working in partnership with our leading FMCG client who consistently deliver fresh and premium products to their customers and due to the growing dynamic team, they are currently seeking to appoint a Technical Assistant to join them at their state-of-the-art facilities in Monaghan.

Reporting to the Technical Manager you will responsible for:

• Audits and customer visits - preparation for, and participating as require.
• Traceability - conducting regular traceability audits.
• Product quality and understanding customer expectation.
• Corrective action/root cause analysis.
• Specifications.
• Working directly with packhouse QC team.
• HACCP team member.
• Any other associated duties in line with the Quality Manual, including Supplier Approvals, customer requests and monthly quality meeting reports.

Experience needed

• BRC experience
• Worked within FMCG or Agri industry
• Experience within Quality/Technical department
• Excellent English
• Local to Monaghan as well as have your own transport as traveling between sites will be needed.
