Vickerstock are working with a successful organisation based in Belfast City Centre to recruit for an Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Administrator will provide general administrative support to the team.
Your new role as an Administrator
- Providing administration support
- Answering calls
- Using CRM system to update records
- Compiling reports
- Handling incoming/outgoing post
- Ensuring details are put on the system
What you will need to succeed as an Administrator
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly motivated
- Experience of working within the construction sector is advantageous but not desirable
